I've been using it for a while now. First and foremost, the ease of use and the fact that you can hide the sachet anywhere are a big plus. Honestly, 2 billion live bacteria isn't much, and in my opinion, taking these sachets has a marginal impact on our health. The taste isn't bad, but that's a personal preference. And one more thing: the price. Nearly £120 per kg seems a bit excessive to me. If you like these kinds of products, instead of buying yoghurt or kefir from the store, I highly recommend it.
