The color isn’t 100% burgundy. It’s kind of a burgundy and copper mix in my opinion. But you can apply it so easily and it is not dry at all. It does not pull or tug. I have very sensitive eyes, and this did not bother my eyes at all, and I took the picture by lining the top and bottom with no other makeup on (I don’t have my eyebrows done.
