A: Cannot..... unless you are a mechanically inclined engineer type and plan on doing it yourself 💁‍♀️ The tool is awesome and dependable!!!

**Q: What are the opm on this machine?**
A: Rupes only shows the RPM 4000 to 5500 and from what I can ascertain There one in the same. Buffdaddy.com may be able to answer the question more accurately. **Q: Will a 3" pad work?**
A: you can use those pads on the Rupes however the Rupes is best with the Rupes 3 inch pads.
