On the plastic insert that actually holds the pills I like the 'extra' slot for aspirin, and the lids close tightly and stay closed.What I don't care for is that all the lids on the plastic insert open along the outside edge, so instead of two rows that both open toward you when you unzip the exterior case, you have four days that open toward you and four that open away from you toward the back seam of the material case. While carrying the case during your week you only have to flip the insert around mid-week, but while filling it for the start of the new week it's just a little annoying to have to drop the pills in over the tops of the open snap-lids.
