Save your money and buy something else because these will not satisfy. They will not help you with a sweet tooth nor do they add a lot of benefit to attempting to consume fewer carbohydrates

I like these bars. They're the only ones I could find that are low in fat. I can't have fat. They are chewy and sweet and satisfying. They are also inexpensive compared to other protein bars.
