Our Customer Service Rep, Krystal X, responded within hours of our initial request for help, and on a weekend to boot. I was tired of lugging those 5 gallon jugs around, so I figured it was time to invest in a system. I was a little hesitant about the tankless RO systems due to a family member having one that cost about 3x as much, is extremely loud, and the water doesn't taste that great. This is quiet when operating, has decent flow from the spout, and the led screen on the spout is a nice feature. It also doesn't take up very much space underneath the kitchen sink, unlike the standard tank style models. Filter replacement also is also easy, which is a bonus. Comes with everything to install it, but I opted to use John Guest fittings instead. Install is simple with all the connections labeled. Seems to have been designed for any diy person to be able to install.
