The next time I used it I started out with a little less than the recommended amount and it gave my hair a healthy appearance. This gel got rid of my frizz and defined my individual curls. It feels really lightweight, once dry it's like there is no product in my hair and my curls have a nice bounce to them when I move. I have medium thick, shoulder length, naturally curly hair with long layers and this product works well with it. I've used my diffuser and let it dry naturally; it works well both ways.
