Great looking. Heats water so fast it makes it easy to have a cup of tea without waiting for a pot to boil. The digital readout tells you exactly what temp the water is, and when it's ready. Then it holds the temperature. Shuts off automatically after 30 minutes or whatever you set it to do. Has different preset temperatures it will heat the water to depending on the type of tea leaf you're using, if you know about those things. For us it boils water quickly and looks great.
