A: I don't know what the Keto diet allows or denies but the ingredients of thin addictives are flour, eggs, sugar, nuts, cinnamon, soy, salt and natural flavors.

A: "1 box", 6 packs 3 in each pack total 18 cookies per box.

**Q: How much salt is in them**
A: It does contain salt but must be minuscule as its not enough to be stated. Cannot taste any salt in them! Hope this helps.
