I've tried many my anxieties couldn't handle but this definitely does the job ! I got the sour candy one i didn't like the taste much it taste like a chemical toxic experiment! That's my only real issue with it besides the pump window was pretty short ! I'd start working out exactly 8 mins after taking because that's when it kicks in then only lasts about 30 mins !! But i definitely saw more veins and had a good pump for a solid 25 mins. If you are an old G lifter this may not work as well for you if you have 20 plus years of tolerance, although you may get a slight pump it won't last long at all for ya and you won't get no real big energy boost with this product do to the no stims !! But this is definitely something i needed because of my anxiety issues!! I definitely recommend it to people that have those issues.
