Review: Amazing and TRUE Shinwa Steel - This is a 100% authentic Shinwa blade. Despite being made in their Chinese forges, it is an all-Japanese Mastercraft that should NOT be overlooked. The blade features Shinwa's signature hand-dremeled insignia along with their a double fuller, the latter running down half the blade before the spine thins out into almost a longsword-esque blade meant for reverse swings--an accurate detail to the nagamaki--before thickening up again for the tip of the blade. It is beyond sharp, and is a very sturdy-yet-flexible blade overall.

I received a MESSED UP SWORD, instead of trying to replace the product with a good one to satisfy the customer they just said "Ok, send it back and we will give you refund". The blade was very dull at the tip and bent, the handle was cheap and appeared to have heat damage as I could see melted plastic around the bamboo dowels. The design of the sword has a major flaw as well. The handle is too long and the blade is too short. The picture they use makes it look like the blade is longer.
