Review: Great Product, Have Used it for Years - I have used this product for years and find that sinus irrigation with this formula is very helpful for not only preventing sinus infections (if I use immediately at the start of allergy season and/or a cold) but also for avoiding the need for antibiotics and healing naturally after an infection has already taken hold. I am teaching my son to do nasal irrigation to help get him through the school year when kids tend to pass germs to other kids, and then bring them home to their families. I know it has helped him avoid at least one sinus infection and subsequent trip to the doctor for an antibiotic prescription. Good for regular use to flush out air pollution, allergens, etc. that accumulate in our sinuses and make us sick. I am a huge fan of Dr. Grossan's products. If you don't own one, I highly recommend using this product with the Hydro Pulse Nasal Irrigation system which I have also owned for many years. Review: Fairly ineffective for rhinitis - Tried this out of desperation since Rite Aid nasal rinse didn't work to ease my non-specific rhinitis. This didn't work either. I bought a Purmist and a Airo Swiss portable cool mist humidifier (both from desertcart) and that did the trick. I use the Purmist 2 or 3 times a day or when needed and the portable humidifier all night. I was at the crossroads of needing to find a fix for chronic sinus infections or give up flying (and diving ) and sell our company airplane. I was also using far too much antibiotics and decongestants like sudafed. Thanks to Dr Grossan and his nasal irrigation system and coaching I have been largely free of problems. Originally plain table salt was recommended for the nasal irrigator. However, this product is a huge improvement and far longer lasting. Well worth the small investment. Grossan's practice included a number of North Sea saturation divers for whom clear sinuses is close to a life and death issue. I have recommended this to a number of friends who have also had great results.
