My 6 yr, 3 yr and 2 yr old nieces and nephews ate them happily. It kept the hunger fits at bay on a trip - for everyone!! Adults and Kids!! An essential in my pantry, I have them on auto ship monthly.

Great for school lunches. Easy way to sneak in fiber and some plant based protein into my kids lunches. Quality ingredient organic smoothie pouch. These are easy to throw in a lunchbox or sports bag for energy and I love knowing it also gives them so extra protein.
