Perhaps next year. If so, I'm in. **Q: Does this have cuffs, or are the sleeves loose .** A: Sleeves are loose. I had to return it because I bought the wrong size by accident. Will be purchasing the correct size. **Q: So if I'm a large in women's and got a large would it fit like an XL?** A: Yes. It will give you a little more room, but not too much. **Q: Sleeve length** A: I a 6'2", 205 lbs. I ordered a Large and it shrank too small.(sorry but no measurements) I ordered a XL and it shrank to 24", Shoulder is 5" = 29",too small. I now wear XXL. Sleeve is 24", shoulder is 6" = 30". Proper fit.
