Review: Customer service saves the day… - Update on review. The chair was dysfunctional, but I changed my review due to their customer service. They reached out to me after my initial review. They explained that due to shipping delays, it could have caused the foam to not set correctly and refunded my money. Customer service is EVERYTHING. And for that, they get 5 stars. This chair is adorable and pretty and soft, but the problem is the packaging! They vacuum seal the chair so much that when I opened it, it’s a pile of lump. You can’t even sit in it because it’s just a pile of material on the floor.

My daughter absolutely LOVES this chair. The packaging was very tight and kept the chair in great condition. She loves the feel of it. It’s the perfect size for her. She’s 1! It does rip over if she leaned back so we have to try and keep it up against something but otherwise it’s a great product !
