## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these truely white, or are they like your others with a pink or yellow hue?**
A: I bought these and they are a truly white light, no pink no purple no undertones not even yellow. Just a white color. Cool white since no yellow or other colors. My product review should be up soon

**Q: Are these waterproof or water resistant?**
A: I do not think so. They are plug and play style so my thoughts are that they are not waterproof. There are openings where water could get in so I’m pretty sure they are not.

**Q: Are these cool touch or do they get hot?**
A: To answer this question I just walked up to mine which have been on all day and touched one and there is so little heat coming from the light that I would almost just say there is no heat coming from it at all. I don’t know that they are sold as “cool touch” but they would qualify as so in my opinion.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ There are some unanswered questions and accessories that are not available.

Good lights, but: 1) The adhesive strips for hanging don't hold. 2) The wires that connect one unit to the next are way too long for my situation. I have to deal with almost 2 ft. of extra wire between each unit. I need them to be about 3 inches long, and these are not available. 3) These look like regular 5000K LED lights but are advertised as "Full Spectrum LED Grow Lights". How am I to know that these are providing the necessary UV and near-IR parts of the light spectrum necessary for proper plant growth? 4) These give off quite a bit of heat when lit. My plant case temperature at the top can get up to 85° F.
