Smooths curls almost like gel without the wetness. - I have coarse, mid-density, type 4 curls and this does wonders. Sometimes better than old-fashioned grease. I love the clean and healthy ingredients. If they were to add a few more vitamins and biotin, that would do it for me. I can’t remember if it has silk aminos or not, but that would be great also. It smells like nothing but at the same time you can tell it has real herbal herbs as listed. The size is good, but I would like a a 16oz-32oz size for a good price. It is not greasy to me, it’s lightweight, silky, and has enough moisture for all hair types in my opinion. For my hair, it glistens, but with smooth, matte finish. Not shiny to me, which I don’t mind. If you’re looking for shine, use a hair sheen or polish. I tried it on both the roots of my straight wig and the split ends of my natural hair and loved the result. It holds for days on end. Love it, overall! It adds a silky texture and isn't very greasy, even if you use a considerable amount of it.
