Be careful with all the sugars from the fruit in there, but overall it is a great reset. A little pricey but worth every penny if you follow its instructions. Protein content could be a little higher but they are filling and not a bad consistency. The protein drinks are thick but the juices are exactly that, juice. I would take them out of the freezer for more than 24 hours before drinking because they will be very icy if not.
