I assumed it was working ok. However I woke up today to discover that the particle level had gone from 21 to over 500 in the space of 2 mins in the middle of the night. It has remained at that level or above all day, despite the air purifier switched to full power. I’ve just tried it facing outside where the air quality is reported to be good and the readings are still highly polluted. I can’t believe this is accurate but it’s concerned me in case it is ! I’ve had no response so far from customer service via email or twitter so I’m not happy. ### ⭐ Das Gerät ist absolut nicht zuverlässig und weist dauernd Fehlfunktionen auf *by C***S on Reviewed in Germany on 28 June 2018* Nach einer Woche Nutzung des Blueair Aware werde ich diese zurückgeben. Gründe hierfür wie folgt:PRO:- Die Blueair Aware sehen moderat aus und benötigen kaum Platz- Die WLAN Einrichtung ist kinderleicht konzipiert (einfach genial)CON:- Die Werte insbesondere für CO2 sind nicht nachvollziehbar. Tagsüber soll die Luft "schlecht" sein im Schlafzimmer, wird Nachts aber besser, wenn ich die Tür schließe und dann im gleichen Raum schlafe. --> Ich scheine CO2 abzubauen :)- So leicht die WLAN-Einrichtung auch ist, die Aware weigerte sich automatisch mit dem WLAN zu verbinden. Diese Hürde konnte ich dann manuell umgehen, jedoch bricht die Verbindung jetzt immer wieder ab. Egal wie oft ich das Gerät vom Strom nehme oder neu einbinde in die BLUEAIR Friend-App. Auch mehrmalige Neustarts des WLAN-Routers haben nicht geholfen. Alle anderen Geräte (Mobiltelefone, Tablet und WLAN-Boxen) funktionieren im WLAN- Die Werte springen in der BLUEAIR Friend-App drastisch, obwohl sich an den Raumgegebenheiten nichts geändert hat (keine Tür geschlossen oder Fenster geöffnet, niemand im Raum) --> ja, ich habe berücksichtigt, dass das Gerät sich einkalibriert, aber Sprünge um 100 bis 300% sind da doch zu vielIn Folge dessen ist das Gerät leider komplett nutzlos. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Blueair Aware Luftgütesensor hinterlässt zwiespältigen Eindruck *by H***K on Reviewed in Germany on 17 January 2019* Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach und komfortabel. Die Messergebnisse scheinen ganz okay zu sein. Der angezeigte Feinstaubwert ist etwas höher als bei einem anderen Sensor Fabrikat PCE (6µg/m³ versus 3µg/m³). Das Gerät arbeitet lautlos im Gegensatz zu anderen vergleichbaren Sensoren in denen recht laute Lüfter verbaut sind. Die App hat eine schöne, übersichtliche Oberfläche. Um sie nutzen zu können, müssen Aware und Handy im gleichen WLAN sein (ist ja logisch). Aber leider gibt es auch nicht unerhebliche Schwächen:1. Das Gerät muss zwingend mit dem Internet verbunden sein und es braucht diverse freigeschaltete Ports. Es überträgt die Daten irgendwie in eine Cloud aus der die App sie dann abholt. Ohne Internet und freigeschaltete Ports geht also gar nichts und man liefert sich dem Hersteller aus: ohne Cloud nix los.2. Die App zeigt den CO2 Wert nicht an (obwahl er laut Beschreibung gemessen wird). Beim VOC Wert (Lösemittel) wird nur eine vierstufige Skale (von "hervorragend" bis "stark verschmutzt" angezeigt, nicht aber der Messwert in ppm (parts per million).3. Das Gerät hat kein Webinterface. Man kann die Messwerte nicht aus dem Gerät auslesen (Datenstream), wie das bei anderen Herstellern/Geräten (etwas teurer) der Fall ist. Wenn man Langzeitauswertungen machen will, muss man ein Applet eines anderen Herstellers nutzen und diesem Applet Zugriff auf ein Google-Account gestattet. Dann schreibt das Applet die Daten in eine Google-Tabelle. Leider gibt es keine Spaltenüberschriften, so dass man nicht weiß, welche Spalte welchen Messwert enthält. In der Betriebsanleitung ist das Thema gar nicht beschrieben. Aber die freundliche Supportabteilung von Blueair hilft.Fazit: ein sehr guter Sensor mit komfortabler Bedienung aber leider nur zu gebrauchen, wenn man ihm Internetzugriff gewährt.
