I was excited to get this to help cool my tiny home office in a backyard shed in Tucson. It is totally useless. I filled the tank with ice and water as instructed and have it on full blast. It is blowing, but there is NOTHING cool about the air coming out of it. It's basically a $40 desk fan. So disappointed and will be returning.
