My fault as I skimmed.the Instructions. The second time about 15 minutes. Instructions are good. An amazing size for my daughter. She brings in her small sofa and her toys to play and I've even brought a few pillows sat in it with her. Good value for money and visually looks great. A tent I would have loved as a child. Plenty of play. Material seems decent I reckon you could wash it on a low temperature. You do fit a mat for inside the tent to sit on. I would say it's a thick mat qo just be mindful of that if you are using outside
