Will they hold up?** A: If your work bench weighs less than 1000 lbs they should do fine. However, depending on how your work bench is constructed, the work bench might sag in the middle with only 4 casters. **Q: Has anyone attached these to the end of a 4x4? (3 9/16" x 3 9/16")** A: Yes. The bolts will pull out more easily in end grain on the post. But they do work well. **Q: Where are these made** A: They don’t say where they’re made. Obviously not American made. Probably China. I used them on my miter saw table. I have limited space, so I wheel my saw out into the middle of the room and lock the casters. I’m very happy with these casters and would buy them again. **Q: According to some the bolt pattern is 1.77 x 2.95. I need to install these using a u-bolt, could i use a 3 inch (diameter) u-bolt? I can’t offer a single complaint. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good casters for a reasonable price *by S***E on December 26, 2023* I've bought 4-5 sets of these now to use on various projects in my shop. They work great on shop-built rolling cabinets for my CNC, band saw, radial saw, drum sander, etc. I think the 1500lb advertised rating is probably a bit optimistic and they are likely not the best choice for something *really* heavy, but for the relatively light applications they have been holding up well. I think the heaviest load I have used them for is probably a couple hundred pounds. They roll smoothly, the locks engage positively. The only complaint is that they do develop a flat spot when sitting in the same place for a long time. Not a huge deal, and they will eventually regain their shape once you move it around, but something to be aware of.
