I use several products from layer Origen as I have been working on my gut health for the past year, and they are the real deal. Probiotics are extremely important for good Gut health and since ordering this probiotic I can tell a huge difference in my appetite - it’s suppressed 100%. I’ll note - I have used this particular probiotic on 2 other occasions in the past year and I did not get the appetite suppression I’m getting now. Not sure why but note my gut health was a complete mess from years of “ medicines that kill good and bad gut bacteria.” don’t stop using quality probiotics even if you feel they are not helping or you get negative side effects. Don't use this. It does more harm than good. Research the problems with it online. Ultimately, you will degrade your protective mucus layer. What a waste of money.
