It works well on top or under clothing and stays comfortable all day long. After just a few days of wearing I could tell it helped with pain between my shoulder blades that I often experience due to my job and slouching. I’m hoping in a week I’ll be able to walk around balancing books on my head! It includes a pamphlet with easy to follow instructions for wearing, care, and has Frequently Asked Questions that are very informative.
