This shampoo was made in India and ship shrink wrapped with the pump next to it. The bottle also has a plastic seal under the cap to prevent leakage. There is an expiry date of February 11 2027 stamped on the bottle, so its good for just under 2 years from when I received it. The pump top never popped up once inserted so I had to wipe the shampoo off the tube to be able to use it. There was barely a scent as well, faint like walking past a salon in a strip mall. Usually the lack of sulfates makes a shampoo not lather up well, but this felt like using a normal one, with a lot of suds being formed. After usage, my hair felt squeaky clean and was noticeably softer, even after the first use. After drying, besides having no lingering smell from the shampoo, my hair didn't feel too dried out. It has a nice lather that rinses clean, and leaves my hair soft and refreshed afterwards. I smell the shea butter more than anything.
