I have also found that with the hot weather at night with an additional layer on other areas of my legs & arms/writs etc etc I can be well supported & much cooler without all of my contortionist night splints, those with similar splints will hopefully be able to use this to also aid them in some cooler nights, plus benefit as I am, plus achieve the needed good support this tape offers..
