I went to different plumbing parts stores and was having a hard time finding a replacement part. At one store, a fellow customer helped me out. Apparently, he was a plumber or was at least knowledgeable about plumbing. He said to spray the stuck screw with WD-40 and told me which wrench I would need to tighten it. I bought this particular wrench because most allen wrenches don't have a handle and are difficult to work with. I sprayed the screw, came back later, used this wrench and tightened the handle easily. I haven't had any trouble with since.
