Followed directions. Shook the container, added a couple of drops to ballpoint pen ink on new tan covered leather recliner. Rubbed and let it sit a little for a few minutes. Pen marks looked lighter. Ignored the stain for about 15 minutes. Looked even lighter. Repeated the whole process a few times. Shake, dabbed the spot, rubbed the stain lightly, ignored it 10 minutes, and cleared it with water on a paper tile. Each time it got lighter. Came back this morning. Had difficulty finding the stain but saw a light image. Applied more....just about gone. Had a ballpoint pen marks on my truck leather seat. About 2 years of washing and ignoring it in the hot sun. Using the same process, it's almost gone. Don't know what's in it.
