Review: They fit perfectly! - Check out my video showing how to install these. Before, you do anything put the insole on the ground and step on it making sure your heal is in the heel cup. The arch support should fall directly under your arch. In most cases it will. However, if you are on my high or low of the size you bought, the next size up or down may fit better. I was lucky. My daughter wears and 8 which fell kind of in the middle of 6.5 - 8.5. I was shocked that they did not require any cutting and fit perfectly inside of her size 8 Adidas adidas Performance Women's Energy Cloud Wtc W Running Shoe, Collegiate Purple/White/Ray Pink Fabric, 8 M US running shoe. They are designed for under pronators who need atabilty. Another good shoe is the Saucony Ride Saucony Women's Ride 6 Running Shoe . We got these inserts to combat shin splints from running at track practice. Unfortunately, we discovered after they have shin splint symptoms and no before hand which would have helped prevent them. Rest is an issue right now as she can lose valuable conditioning already gained. So these inserts combined with a good shoes and the use pf Penetrex Penetrex Pain Relief Medication [2 Oz] :: Patented Breakthrough for Arthritis, Back Pain, Tennis Elbow, Fibromyalgia, Sciatica, Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal Tunnel, Sore Muscles, Joints & Chronic Aches will help. Last track season, we made it though by using Penetrex. It is a miracle in a jar. But you have to put it on 4 times a day and ice the injured area too.One of my daughters loved the feel of them as soon as they were in her shoe. The other complained that they felt weird and stiff. Most reviewers have stated that t takes a few days for your foot to adjust to the insert. I will update this review after a couple of weeks. Sorry to ramble on, hope this help you out! UPDATE: First time my wore them to track practice, she said that her shins didn't hurt as bad. So with running in these inserts, I am hoping the shin splints go away. Check out my video showing how to install these. Before, you do anything put the insole on the ground and step on it making sure your heal is in the heel cup. The arch support should fall directly under your arch. In most cases it will. However, if you are on my high or low of the size you bought, the next size up or down may fit better. I was lucky. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just what I needed to make my dr martens fit!

I’ve had these guys for a few weeks now and I am already a convert. They were recommended to me by my physical therapist as a better way to get proper support in ALL my shoes instead of buying new ones that limit my style significantly. I wore them in my van slip ons first, I couldn’t get the factory insole out of them so I just slid them in sitting on top, my foot doesn’t have as much room as it did before which is a slight annoyance but I’ve gotten used to it now and the light compression feels kinda nice. I feel properly supported on them, it’s insane that I’m bouncing around through my shift with these guys on when my nerve was so compressed 4 months ago I couldn’t even dress myself. It’s more comfortably to walk in them then to sit down at a certain point (oh sciatica) Where these really shine is in my Dr Marten’s Sinclair boots, I’ve had these puppies for two years, fighting them tooth and nail to break in during this whole time. my heels have scars and have been bloodied by these suckers. They are NO JOKE. I wanted to be brave last week and thought I’d try again after being depressed for a while I might never get to wear them comfortably, I slipped the insoles in on top of the Airwair insoles and when I slipped them on?? ✨magic✨ my feet actually fit in them without sliding around, this hasn’t been a sizing issue; it’s just the shoe part itself was too tall and my feet aren’t thick enough to fill in most docs. I wore them with the insoles and some kinda thick socks to my 8 hour shift. I walked about 3 miles that day in them and I only had a slight blister that was uncomfortable towards the end; but I can reason that out to they actually fit me properly so the heels are getting worn in correctly finally. I’m so much more optimistic about my sinclairs, I know Docs aren’t supposed to be like this, I first got a pair of classics 1460s back in 2012 and they were significantly easier to break in. I could wear them without socks (I def don’t recommend it though) I’m much more confident in my ability to break in this brand now.
