The material is too thick so at night it rubs your gums and makes your mouth sore. There's cheaper ones on Amazon that come with 2 large and 2 small moulds that do a better job ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ less of a mouth full *by P***A on 23 January 2021* next day delivery easy instructions Was unsure buying this, as sizing can be an issue. this one i would recommend for small adults, like an average to small head...or 'female' size. before i have bought pack where it has 4...of 2 sizes, and to match size i would say this one matches the smaller size in other packages. i struggled with other ones, do to them being a mouth full, and not lasting very long, i seem to be grinding my teeth alot while i sleep, and having a mouthful was off putting as it would wake me up, making me think i had food in my mouth or id end up gagging. not nice. however this one, does not fill the roof of your mouth, it goes only over your top teeth. i fitted it in one go, probably not very good, but due to past with other ones i would rather not 'try' again incase it thins it to much? but it fits, fine, just the moulding at front, at back of my teeth is not smooth and so irritates me. but with this one i dont gag, fits well, even fils the gaps between the teeth however small. has 2 different layers, the softer part which you shape to fit over your teeth and has a thicker stronger layer on the bottom outside, to help with i guess durability, and stil protects your bottom teeth when grinding in your sleep. i have only used this for few days however, compared to others that i have used, its doing much better!
