However, in the end we changed the plan. My son-in-law, who is a blacksmith, made a metal plate wider that the post and support with a hole in it, slid it under the artificial turf, punctured the turf with the spike of the support and hammered it down through the hole in the plate down into the hardcore. He also sprayed the support black.I purchased the 3m x 3m light green and was delighted that it wasn’t as green as I thought it would be! One slight criticism on the colour is that one post is a bit darker than the other – but I am hoping that after they have weathered it won’t seem quite as obvious.The runners were marked up in pencil as to where the rafters should go which would have made it very easy to put it together, except that I was only using 4 of the 6 rafters. With hindsight I would have bought the 4m x 3m and if not I should have asked for only four rafters because its purpose was to provide shade to my kitchen, once I had made a canopy to sling underneath them.I am very happy with the whole process and look forward to the sun returning to the garden so I can reap the benefits of being able to have my kitchen doors, windows and curtains open without expiring from the heat.Thank you! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent *by D***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ on 26 February 2022* Quick delivery, excellent quality.
