At the advice of my physician I tried the natural approach and started by taking Nutrafol and liquid collagen. I had been taking both religiously for 6 months and shedding reduced but not as much as I had hoped. Started reading articles related to pumpkin seed oil with saw palmetto helping with hair loss/shedding. I ordered this and have been taking it for about a month. Within about 2 weeks I saw a significant reduction in shedding and now back to shedding just a few hairs when washing my hair.
