I love curry so it's right up my ally. Unless you like a runny curry, use a little bit less water than recommended. Also, the taste is a bit light for me, so I add extra spices. Either more curry spices or some hot sauce or hot pepper flakes. Updating: Also got the pasta which took EXTRA cooking time than recommended or else was too aldente for me and was even blander, as a southerner who has actually been to new orleans... just didn't hit as cajun.
