**Q: What's the acidy %?**
A: Not sure how to answer this...sorry...I went to my favorite Italian restaurant and they served this with bread and it is OUTSTANDING...I cook with it and would never use anything else...!

**Q: Difference between this and the primo version?**
A: All I can say, this oil was good. It had more of a fruity taste. Never bought the primo version.
