Ingredients Beef Flavor (Non-GMO Maltodextrin, Salt, Torula Yeast, Onion, Organic Sunflower Oil, Celery Stalk, Spinach, Carrot, Garlic, Spices, Silicon Dioxide [less than 2% as an anti-caking agent]), Salt, Tamari Powder (Soybeans, Sugar, Salt, Non-GMO Maltodextrin), Mushroom Powder, Mushroom Extract, Vegetable Extract, Spices, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Organic Coconut Sugar Directions Add 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning powder to your preferred noodles and toppings. Pour hot water (about 1.5 to 2 cups) over the mixture. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then stir and enjoy.

I can’t believe it tastes so good. The nostalgia threw me right back to childhood eating a bowl of beef ramen. This has a little spice to it which I love! I did two teaspoons in the ramen I cooked it called for two and a half cups of water and it wasn’t really seasoned with one teaspoon but with two the spice and salt was great. It wasn’t overpowering! I’m very happy with my purchase! My son loved it too! Even my dad who doesn’t truly care for beef ramen enjoyed this! So thankful to have found a gluten free substitute that I don’t have to make. Not that I don’t mind making my own food but sometimes it’s nice to just have an easy comfort food every once in a while in a household of our size. I’ll be back for more!
