The other issue is aesthetic, near the dust/seed catchers, and under the metal slide out grid, there is a weird half a foot gap that isn't usable cage space. It looks a bit random and I'm sure the design could be altered a little to avoid this wasted space. Finally, dowel perches! They are supplied with every cage, however they are so bad for parrots/birds feet causing sores and bleeds! These should not be sold with any cage and the first thing I do with them is burn them. You need lots of different thicknesses and textured perches to exercise your birds feet and to maintain healthy feet and grip. On the whole though, a great cage! Definitely worth the money!
