Review: Sloppy Order Fulfillment for a Pricy Backpack - So disappointed to receive the wrong colour when it was clearly indicated on my order that it was the blue backpack that I was to receive. Instead I received a black one. It was to be a birthday gift, and now I don’t feel confident that if I reordered the same bag and colour, that I would get the correct item. This was an expensive backpack and more care should have been taken in fulfilling this order.
