I'm glad I didn't! This is a thing of beauty. The American made quality is worth every extra penny. The handle makes installing and removing effortless, clean, and error proof. Feel free to lube your ball--you won't have to touch it. The chain anchors are so easy to use, so secure, and easy to know it is locked in place.This ball sits a little higher than most other balls and that could be a good thing. It works for me. If I need one that sits lower I would get the REESE Elite 19311 but I would still use these chain anchors.Don't go with the off-brand stuff.
