One wipe provides enough protection against thigh chaffing and blister protection for my feet. Just know it takes few seconds/wipes to activate the lubricant. The roll on is fantastic for all the same areas and allows for multiple uses. (I also use it for nipple protection). I'm not sure how many days the roll on lasts but I've used it more than 20 days so far and it's still going.
