I wake up at around 6 AM during the week, and I would feel no hunger until about 2-3 PM. This has made it much easier to intermittent fast. That was the only difference I noticed at first. I guess my body was utilizing my existing stored fat more efficiently for energy. After about a week, I noticed a slight increase in my energy throughout the day. Also because I had been sticking more consistently to OMAD, I lost an inch off of my waist. No change on the scale, but a change in body composition. Now I’m truly excited to see what benefits long term use will bring!
