Liked the look of them, they are indeed very ergonomic. Robust, and they come with two spare filters. The double skin build certainly keep the coffee hotter. I dismantle the filter assembly after every use for better cleaning, you need to make sure everything is screwed up tight again afterwards. There was something in the instructions about only using coarse ground coffee (I think it said, before I threw it away) but it works perfectly with your normal bags of filtered coffee.
