Better than any dye ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saved Me about $250! *by M***E on June 23, 2024* I believe my hair is one of our greatest beauty accessories and I have been spending a lot of money on my hair over the years. I love my hair dresser and the great care she puts into my hair to keep it vibrant and healthy. But over the last year I have grieved the high cost of using a salon hair. I saw a woman with the most perfect copper color and discovered that she used this brand and color 7-77. I told myself I would try it and if it turned out great, I could use the money I saved to help orphans. I was easily spending over 1k per year on my hair. I did a lot of research and discovered that these products are professional and non-toxic. Be sure to research which developer you use and remember that the developer and volume use different numbers so please do your research. If you are dying your hair a lighter color than your natural color you will likely need to use a stronger volume developer on your roots, but only on your roots when you do touch ups. I purchased two different dyes from this company (both are the same color) and two different developers (a 6 volume developer for my mid lengths and ends and a 20 volume developer for my roots). I also used a permanent color on my roots and this Demi-permanent color on my mid lengths and ends. I ordered a hair poncho, bowl, and brushes. I also ordered a scale so you can get the ratio perfect (they are about $10 on Amazon). I purchased almost everything on Amazon. I used clips to section off my hair to make sure we wouldn't miss any spots. My husband helped me apply the color. After we rinsed it first in the kitchen sink and then I continued to rinse it in the shower until it came out clear. Then I applied a bonder. Look into purchasing a $10 bonder and leave it in for a half hour before you shampoo and condition your hair. This is a great thing for your hair after it's been chemically processed and will make it feel so soft and smooth. It smoothes out the cuticles. After I rinsed that out I shampoo my hair and used a hair mask for three minutes. Then I applied a soothing serum, blew my hair dry, and curled it. I am thrilled with the results. I was told to avoid getting the scalp, but I think I may have avoided the scale too much. Next time I'll be more thorough. I spent about $75 on everything but still saved around $200 and next time I will have saved $250 because I now have everything I need except more color. The developers will last me 1-2 years. Now I have more money to share with others! I've attached a photo if you're curious about the 7-77 Copper color. My hair was a faded red with blond highlights so it took the color well without needing much lift.
