It sounds great as well.I'm a VR Gamer, and so far this handles all of it at best settings. Occasional use only. Then I contacted customer support on the email. The gave me three things to do to take it apart and try to fix it. All three failed (over a week and a half). Then they asked lots of questions (a few more days as they are slow to reply). Then they said I could send it to them and pay 40 gbp for a box to put it in and they could fix it or they would send me what they think is the part that does not work. I said send me the part (we are now at 3 weeks). They sent me an online form to complete. I do that and then it has a captcha at the end which crashes and says it does not work and to contact webmaster. I did that 5 times. They then sent me another link that did the same thing and does not work. My feeling is that they want you to give up so they don’t have to fix defective equipment they sell. The machine is good but if it breaks then it becomes a nightmare.
