## Description

Tefal Oleoclean Compact is unique: once you finish frying, turn off the device and set the switch to "automatic filter", the fryer literally filters the oil itself. The used and cooled oil is automatically poured through a sieve and then drained neatly into the oil container below. So your oil always stays clean and can be used several times. The 2 litre capacity allows you to prepare up to 800g of food. The deep fryer has a removable stainless steel container with sturdy design that is easy to clean. When frying, the device can be closed with the lid. The lid has a permanent metal filter and a large window. Oleoclean Compact is a deep fryer with cooling zone technology and a grease-free stainless steel heating element for faster preheating and faster temperature regulation. The optimal frying temperature is achieved in the shortest possible time after the food is added (less fat can penetrate the food and the food becomes more crispy). Oleoclean Compact has everything it needs for perfect fries and delicious fries.

è la mia prima friggitrice che ho scelto leggendo le recensioni, la prima impressione è ottima, utilizzo molto facile e da subito si fanno buonissimi fritti croccanti ed asciutti. la capacità massima è di 2 litri di olio, frigge comodamente 500 g di cibo. la temperatura sale in pochi minuti e la cosa positiva è che il consumo di corrente è basso, si attesta a 1500w. si smonta è tranne la resistenza il resto puo andare tutto comodamente in lavastoviglie. molto pratico il sistema di filtraggio automatico che fa andare l'olio filtrato nel pratico serbatoio. da migliorare il tappo automatico del serbatoio che rimane leggermente sporco di olio ma non è un problema. durante la cottura non ho avuto problemi di schizzi, è stato tutto molto pulito. qualità costruttiva ottima per ora molto soddisfatto
