I use it about twice a week, always hand wash, no metal utensils. Nothing was sticking, fit over my oval burner perfectly. Food cooked evenly. Lightweight, did not warp. I got the glass lid for it as well which is wonderful. After 3 1/2 months, I noticed a white hazy section forming. I thought maybe it had not been cleaned well. After scrubbing, I saw that the coating has degraded and the white haze is actually the coating coming off. I am no longer comfortable using this griddle. Too bad, I really liked it. UPDATE After contacting Vayepro, they immediately responded and have sent a replacement. Replacement griddle received two days after contacting them. I will definitely update again as to how the replacement holds up.
