If you moisturise before bed then the stripes WILL NOT stay in place. Even an hour after moisturising they wouldn’t stay put. I tried them on an evening where I missed my skin care and it stayed in place well… I didn’t notice any difference in my ability to breathe through both nostrils clearly (impacted when head putted my a baby!). It must have annoyed me in the night because I pulled it off in my sleep!
