A: Before using EverFrost 2 for the first time, lay it flat for three hours before turning it on. Also insert your removable battery into EverFrost 2 and recharge it; this activates it before using it.

**Q: Is it normal for my EverFrost 2 to have a strange smell when I use it for the first time?**
A: Yes, this is normal. Foaming agents used in insulation may leave a slight odor behind. It's harmless and won't affect food. To avoid the smell, open the lid in a well-ventilated area before first use.

**Q: How do I charge my EverFrost 2 with a solar panel?**
A: Use the included cable to connect a 100W solar panel (12-20V input) to charge EverFrost 2 Electric Cooler. Make sure at least one removable battery is attached inside the compartment when recharging it with a solar panel.

**Q: Is it normal for the cooler to have temperature fluctuations while cooling?**
A: Yes, it's normal. When the electric cooler reaches the set temperature, the compressor stops working to save energy. If the temperature is 1°C higher than the set temperature, the compressor starts again to maintain cooling.

**Q: Why does my EverFrost 2 take more than 15 minutes to cool down?**
A: This is normal during initial use. The insulation temporarily delays the sensor’s temperature readings as the cooler cools rapidly. This causes a slight display lag. With subsequent uses, cooling time and display updates normalize.

Just got this cooler for volleyball road trips and camping!! Tomorrow we head to Vegas with a cooler full of food and no ice because it melts and soggs everything up!! I’ve been running the machine yesterday and it went from 60 to 32 in about 20 minutes and all the way to -4 in an hour!! Battery had only went down to 80% from full charge!! Battery only works when installed in the left hand side and says 0% charge when installed on right hand side. I believe this is defective and most likely means 2 batteries won’t work (can’t try since it only comes with 1 battery).
