I purchased a differnt heat pump that only lasted 1.5 weeks and died. I returned it and purchased the Varpoolfaye 30000BTU heat pump. The heater came with several adapters but not the one I needed for an Intek pool. I spend a week or so atempting to 3D print the correct adapter but it dripped. I contacted support on a Saturday and I got a reply Sunday morning asking for pictures and details of what I needed. It was a $10 dollar part and suport offered to pay for it but I was so impressed to get an answer in the weekend that I said I would pay for it.
