I was looking for a good protein powder that didn't have extra processed ingredients in it, didn't have a ton of carbs, and had a high protein count, and this fit that perfectly. One scoop gives you just a good punch of protein and that's it, no other stuff. The chocolate flavor is very good and rich, not ashy or fake tasting like some powders. One word of caution though. I use protein powder to make overnight oats and then I microwave them in the morning at work. If you put anything with this powder in the microwave for too long, the egg whites start to solidify and make a sponge texture, as egg whites do when you cook them normally. This is ok for pancakes, cakes, etc, but for oatmeal, I didn't really want a solid cake type situation. Problem solved though with microwaving for a minute, stirring, repeat until cooked.
