I contacted the seller today and they are going to send us a new one and let us keep the other one. The amount of care this seller gives is wonderful! A lot of other companies would just say “too bad”. I ordered 2 others (the violets) for my mother and my mother in law, and they both arrived with beautiful little blooms. My husband actually asked if they were “fake” because they were so perfect. Review: Don't hesitate to order! - Bad news and good news on the Award Winning, Maintenance Free Orchid Terrarium - Psygmorchis Pusilla - Miniature, No Green Thumb Necessary, Great for Work, Home, Unique Gift! Restock Everyday The first I received was shipped during very hot weather, and it arrived severely heat-damaged. It was in full bloom, the flower clear yellow and about 3/4" long, but the leaves were tan already. They've continued to darken, and it doesn't look like the plant will live. I consider this the fault of USPS, the carrier, so I am not down-rating the plant. I immediately contacted the seller. I received a prompt e-mail reply and rapid replacement. The replacement plant is lovely, a perfect miniature orchid in full bloom with a healthy looking fan of bright green leaves. There's already a second bloom stalk. I'm very pleased with it as a small, under-a-lamp plant in the den and love that it is maintenance free. I'm considering ordering one for my grandchild's office cubicle as a little touch of nature in an IT environment. Don't be put off by fear of buying a plant on-line. Quality of second plant is high; customer service was outstanding. ## Features - Unique Maintenance Free Orchid: A 4” TERRARIUM: No food, water, or light source needed! - Free Heat Pack: A free heat pack will be included in the shipping box for freezing area in winter. - Beautiful unique gift: The perfect gift, even for those without a green thumb. - Elegant and long lasting: Your orchid comes with a soon to bloom flower spike, and will rebloom over a lifespan of 1 year in the terrarium. - Healthy plant guarantee: 60 days guarantee - Special surprise for the holidays: Get this outstanding plant live is an awesome Christmas, birthday or special days gift for kids and adults alike! It will do fine. Opening it will allow bacteria and or spores in and they will thrive in the growth medium that the plant is in. **Q: I recieved my mini orchid today and it does have a bunch of condensation, will this eventually go away? It's very pretty tho from what I can see!** A: I'm not sure if it will go away and if it's there you will most likely have the same problem as me....a big mold growing on the medium. **Q: Do you have any other plants I can buy? I kind of love this** A: I currently have this, Venus flytrap and sundew. I will have rose and different orchid coming out. Thanks for your interests. **Q: How much light does the orchid require?** A: Regular indoor light is good enough for the plant. Please avoid direct sunlight. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful and a wonderful company *by K***K on May 22, 2026* I ordered this for my daughter for Easter, but it did not bloom.
